Refund Clauses

PLEASE CHOOSE AND ORDER CAREFULLY. AS WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDERS UNCONDITIONALLY IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND (REGARDING THE HANDLING FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY SETTLEMENT SOFTWARE, ETC.).
请慎重选择及购买，如果您改变主意，因涉及到国际支付软件的结算费等，我们不会无条件退款或更换原有订单。

Eligible Refunds and Exchanges

We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law under the below circumstances:

  1. Faulty. 产品损坏。
  2. Unsafe. 不安全的产品。
  3. Not fit for purpose. 产品尺码不合适。
  4. Significantly different to those shown or described. 收到产品与下单时所显示或所述产品显著不同。

Non-Eligible Items

Not all purchases are eligible for return. Items not eligible include: perfumes, vitamins, food or medicine (as storage conditions may be compromised and product could be tampered).

并不是所有的购买都有资格退货。不符合条件的物品包括：香水、维生素、食品或药品。

Return Process and Contact

Please contact our customer service team to confirm your eligibility to return your purchase. You will need to contact our team for more details and confirmation before sending your return back to us. The shipping fee will not be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (as per your receipt) when you receive it, please contact our customer service team. We will handle it properly for you. All products involving claim settlement or refund must provide clear photo or video evidence of the original shipping case and logistics list in parcels — otherwise the claim will not be settled.

Cancellations

Please remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched on the same or next several business days. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. The orders which have to be posted back to us, at the expense of the customer where the full products refund less postage will be provided.

Returns cannot be accepted for perfumes, vitamins, food or medicine (as storage conditions may be compromised and product could be tampered).

Important Notes

  • Only online purchases can be returned as outlined above. 如上所述，只有在线购物才能退货。
  • Fragrances, medicines, food and vitamins cannot be returned for refund or exchange. 香水、药品、食品和维生素不能退换。
